Super deep savory and flavorful broth, pork was tender, green onions were crisp and fresh. Very high quality dish, highly recommend and will try it and other flavors in the future.

Gyoza was delicious. The Miso Tonkotsu was just not good. There was one good piece of pork and one piece of just fat. The taste was nothing like im used to in a tonkotsu. I could barely eat it and it was not filling like the pork portion they give you at Ramen House. I unfortunately wont be back.

Blended well. It felt like the meat added belonged there, unlike other soup dishes. The meat felt like a gathering that you were invited to. It didn't just show up uninvited. Like the meat was cooked altogether. 10/10
It's really good, considering it's a kentucky dish.

I really liked the Miso Tonkotsu but the Shoyu Ramen just tasted super watered down and I just couldn't stand eating it. I felt like I wasted my money when it came to that ramen. Their pork isn't bad but it seems like more of a dry cut instead of very juicy and flavorful. The Ikagesoage was great though, 100% would recommend that.
