do yourself a favor and try the Chicken Wings ! they are AMAZING! try to eat them at the restaurant to ensure they are crispy, unfortunately when theyre delivered they loose that amazing crispness suncetgry feta bit soggy. I always end up eating two orders - the garlicky citrus sauce is so good!!

Authentic and absolutely delicious. The Spicy Ramen is something I'll come back for any time, not to mention the ornate packaging and great quality control. There are a lot of ramen places out there that think they've got it all figured out, but Kizuki resets the standard.

Excellent ramen. The noodles have the perfect amount of chew and they do not stick together before adding to the broth. The noodle texture is just right. They are not thick like some places. We will definitely order from here again. They do need to add options for ordering more broth and more spicy toppings. We all enjoyed it. 10 out of 10!

Normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with this restaurant was too good not to. First off, the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen was incredible, easily the best I've had since moving to Plano. The broth was delicious, the meat was tender, and the egg was perfectly cooked. The order itself was delivered in a high quality, custom-designed bag with cool japanese artwork and instructions for preparing the Ramen on the back. Even the containers the food itself camed in were high quality, with labels denoting what dish/ingredients were added. Easily the most impressive experience Ive had on Doordash. This restaurant clearly put in effort, and it shows. Highly recommend trying this place!

My husband had a disappointing experience at the ramen restaurant. Despite DoorDash indicating that the order would be ready, it wasn't when he arrived. He waited patiently for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged him, and they claimed they had just received the order, even though it had been placed 30-40 minutes earlier. Surprisingly, the restaurant was empty.
To make matters worse, they initially forgot to include the spicy miso paste and chili paste, even though they were part of the order. The issue continued when we found out that the egg was missing upon arriving home, which was quite disappointing as I feel the egg completes ramen in general. Despite ordering spice level 2, there was no discernible spice in the ramen, and the portion of the spicy miso paste we paid $1 for was disappointingly small, barely enough to flavor the broth.
