the Signature Chicken Krunch Box and wedges both taste like the oil hasn't been changed at all! The Honey Biscuits are usually good but were dried out and the Jambalaya was flavorless and also dry. I won't be back

The chicken tenders are good. They have a nice cajun bite. The biscuits were my favorite part. But I ordered the krispy chicken dipping sauce & didnt get it. I also ordered Mac and cheese as the side & got mashed potatoes instead so pretty disappointed as I dont like mashed potatoes. They also sent a fork to eat the mashed potatoes with which is a weird choice to me.

My order was wrong. I ordered the <<taggedItemId=10200822289>>Signature Chicken + Tenders Family Meal <</taggedItemId>>and only received the tenders. Received Mac and cheese instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy. Bill was $59 and only received a refund of $14.99. They don't check the order before packaging so prepare for your order to be wrong too. Will not order again.

Chicken was fried nicely. Biscuit was hard as a brick and dryer than sand. Red beans and rice...shrug just needed a bit more seasoning
