• DoorDash orderStir-Fried Eggplant with Garlic and Coriander-红烧茄子 they probably used whole bottle of oil for this dish, insanely oily almost not edible. Shanghai Stir-Fried Handmade Noodles they probably dumped the entire jar of salt into it.
