Best Burrito California ive had in a long time! Theres even cheese grilled on the outside. The Vaso de Elote / Corn in a Cup is a large portion & has tons of cheese. The green salsa is mild & tangy & delish. Will def order again.

Everything was delicious and very well packaged! The birria tatemada was excellent and paired nicely with the homemade tortillas. I also asked for some limes on the side and they delivered. Amazing service and food.

The tamale I ordered was not included in my order, but I was charged for it.
The rice to bean ratio is off. Too little rice and too much beans.
The meat was too fatty and chewy - difficult to eat. Cheap cut of meat.
Flavor wise, the rice was very delicious, just not enough of it (the amount was about 1/4 cup if I had to guess).

This is, hands down, the best Mexican food I have had since moving to Iowa from California. I almost cried pure tears of joy upon opening my food and seeing no cheese dip to be found (what the heck is that stuff?!?!). Everything was fresh and authentic and I will definitely order from here again. Thank you so much for the amazing food!!

Second time ordering and what a DRASTIC difference. First time packaging was very clean and neat, stickers and thank you cards applied to boxes. Food delicious, fresh, crispy where it should be and the furthest thing from greasy.
NOT THE CASE TODAY.
Today, all the food was grossly greasy, I mean I took a bite and threw it in the garbage can. The fries were bathing in grease but weren't cooked through and most of them were entirely raw. You could smell the raw potato upon opening the box even, how does this go unnoticed? The "barbacoa" is nothing like they've pictured. It's cheap, overcooked chunks of steak. Barely seasoned and mixed in a brown-gray gravy resembling puréed but extra watered down refried beans. Took a bite of that also and threw the rest in the garbage. No flavor, all greasy and soggy and not fresh. Last time every box had a small side of grilled onions and a pepper also...not one veggie to be found in this entire order.
$50 wasted. In today's economy, there's zero excuse for this type of food coming from a kitchen and making it to a customer. No one likes throwing away money, today I threw away all but 2 bites of my order. How sad.
