Usually fantastic, but had an unfortunate experience of receiving cupcakes instead of sundaes. Turns out it was a mismatched photo on the store's site, but when calling in to inquire, got a response that it's not really their fault that the photo listed for the cupcake was a sundae photo and I should be more careful. Decided to place a second order at my own expense and leave this 1 star rating.

It's pretty good. Frosting tastes a bit more light like whipped cream, rather than a rich buttercream frosting. I personally prefer the buttercream style. This is unique and lighter, however.
