Chile Con Queso (Original) was cold. It was loaded with cilantro, so much so, it completely overpowered the queso. No where in the description is it listed that there is cilantro in it, and husband is allergic to it. They also had forgotten to add the fajita meat to it. It was thrown out along with the greasy overcooked tortilla chips The Quesadillas would have been good, but they were overcooked and terribly dried out. They were cold too. Only decent item was the small scoop of guacamole in the side dish which had been spilt out in the bag.

The chicken Quesadillas were greasy this time. The beef nachos could have been crispier. Ive never had a complaint here but tonight just wasnt as good as it has been. The beef was chewy as well. It was tougher than usual.

It's made of small cuts of pork meat that is simmered until tender, then finished by cooking the pieces slowly until nicely browned all over. We served our Carnitas with salsa and used them as the filling in tacos and enchiladas.
