Luby's has been a go-to family favorite since my childhood ( a VERY long time ago). Reliably comforting and delicious home-style Southern cooking, still at a great value price. And let's not forget....GREAT DESSERTS. Hubby especially enjoys the liver and onions, and I ALWAYS get the Luby's Fried Fish. So glad this great comfort food restaurant is still viable and nearby - AND NOW DELIVERS!

Everything was so good. Luby's has the to go food down. The Luby's Fried Fish LuAnn was very good. The fish always comes crisp. The black eyed peas are good and they aren't overpowered with bacon flavor.

I ordered a LuAnn fried chicken breast with two sides and cornbread. The crust on the chicken was almost too hard to chew it was also very salty and greasy. The mashed potatoes were cold and also the black eyed. To get my free delivery through DoorDash I had to order more so I ordered a beet salad. It was good! How do you mess up a beet salad. Terrible Food from Luby"s.

Im so disappointed. I look forward to Wednesdays and Saturdays to get spaghetti from Lubys. Today's was horrible. The spaghetti was old, cold and burnt & the corn was bland. It's usually so fresh and tasty. Even my roll was stale.

Cream gravy missing from the Chicken Fried Steak Combo ...crazy! How do you forget something like that when you are packaging the food? For $4, the Strawberry Cheesecake was a mini version of what you see in the store, it's like they cut it in half....
