the V.10 Green Curry is absolutely delicious, with a good kick of spice to it. a good balance of spicy, creamy and savory, and the soft tofu is perfect. I love that they keep the rice separate. the green curry goes well with a Thai Thai Iced Tea

The only reason I can think of that this place doesn't have better reviews is that it is more authentic, and so has ingredients that might scare off Boise residents who have never had larb with all the fat or catfish in their curry! But it's what makes this place the best!

Food was amazing as always! Today I had the Khao Man Gai and Spring Rolls. The chicken was moist and tender, the soup and sauce was delicious as well. I like to add some of the chicken and rice to the clear soup. Spring Rolls are perfectly done! Yum!

Absolute Best Thai Food I've ever eaten! Everything is fresh and tastes amazing. I cannot get enough! Sometimes I order two entrées because I just cannot decide on one and leftovers are always great. Customer service is as top notch as the food is. I highly recommend Maggie Thai Kitchen!
