I love how they handle customer complaints especially the Manager Amanda and I also like talking to Crystal who I believe is also one of the Managers.
Magnolia's is truly one of the best places for pastries!!!

It may have been because I ordered the Valentine's Day 6 pack of cupcakes and they were made in bulk - but the cupcakes were pretty dry and had the most buttery tasting buttercream ive ever had (if you're into that). The packaging also just looked like they were from the grocery store, which probably wouldve been cheaper and tasted better sadly :( I was really hoping to like this place.

I ate as much as I could but unfortunately I wont be finishing the rest. The pudding was not fresh. The banana pudding was a mix of mushy vanilla wafers and some pudding. So it was clear that the dessert was made a very long time ago. There were very few banannas and the whole thing tasted like a wet wafer.
The Vanilla Cake Slice w/ Vanilla Buttercream was just dry and old.
Pretty sure these would taste great fresh but thats not whati rwcidved. Waste of $25 as I will not be eating the rest.

Carrot Cake Slice was incredibly disappointing. Almost no frosting, not a full piece, and frosting tasted like plain cream cheese (no sweetness whatsoever). As a carrot cake lover, this was overrated and overpriced.

I definitely prefer more cake than icing, so I really enjoyed the Vanill Cake Slice with Vanilla Buttercream the cake was moist and a little dense, and the icing was rich but not overwhelming. Just what I was looking for!
