• DoorDash orderSalmon was close to inedible - not even remotely fresh. Rice gluggy and no balance of flavor ... so easy to make a fresh tasting poke bowl and you are not achieving it

• DoorDash orderI had scallops in my bowl, and assumed they would either be cooked or ceviche (citrus cure) and they didn't seem to be either. I've had ceviche many times and the scallops did not have a citrus taste at all and seemed to be completely raw.

• DoorDash orderThe rice was over cooked and a bit crunchy at the bottom. The toppings were good, but the tofu was a bit strange. I hope they can improve on those things in the future. I'm sure it was just an off order.
