Sent cold drink when we ordered Extra Hot. Usually they dont make that mistake... maybe it is just busy!?

Most of the time really really good. Today matcha not so good. The Matcha is one of my favorites, the only issue is once in awhile they do not put enough Matcha powder in the drink. I really hope in the future they will update the Matcha description and options on the delivery menus.They need to list in the drink description (how much Matcha is put in each drink normally) and then also they need to list the option to add or take away Matcha powder/mix from drink in the different sizes. That would help make it just how the customer prefers it.

The size of the sausage in the Breakfast Sandwich was tiny and overcooked/hard. Sandy Blonde was great though!

3 stars just because they dont offer holiday drinks options on certain drinks on app, for example: option to add gingerbread syrup to Chai tea and the amount to add. Need to fine tune app options. Use Starbucks as an example. They have great Matchas!
