absolutely delicious, big/generous portion. 1/4 Baked Chicken (Dark Meat) was extremely tender, falling off of the bone. sides could have had more salt, but were still good (this is more of a personal preference). Plus you get a bed of rice and a muffin. 100% would order again and recommend to a friend.

The food is lovely and the cat fish really travelled well. The gravy on the rice was a bit salty for my taste but clearly made well.
I gave 4 stars because of the lemon pound Lemon Pound Cake. This is not $3.99 worth of cake. Please reconsider portions

I gotta shout this place out.....that food is absolutely amazing. Every last bit of it was absolutely amazing. I do not like using the word cheap but let's just say this food is also very affordable!!!! The prices are really good for a huge plate of food!!! I'd pay $30 for a plate here and all you pay is $15

The food was seaon very well. The cabbage was a l bit sweeter than I would like, but it accompanied the Fried Whiting Dinner, and Mama's Kettle Chicken (White Meat) very well . They ran out of the whiting fish at the time of order but they let us swap for another fish at no extra cost. It was very enjoyable soul food we will be ordering again very soon
