The bread was so burnt I couldn’t eat it. And the pasta was too salty and had very little protein. I’m disappointed.

Build your Own Pasta was a nice portion. Needed some salt and pepper. I did not receive the ricotta with my Focaccia & Ricotta. Happy hour price was fair for the value! I would try again.

I added chicken to the Norcina. The pasta fish itself was good but the chicken was rubbery and tough. The bread was also hard and inedible.
I may give them another try but I'm not pressed to. Nor am I going to complain for a refund.

not my (or my guest's) taste palette. some parts were flavorful (mozz, pistachio crème) but upstaged/ruined by giant chunk of stale bread (the focaccia was so dry it fell apart instantly) and flimsy, wet meat like Oscar Meyer bologna. the side caesar salad had no dressing and the lettuce was old. there won't be a next time for me, but hey maybe their pasta is better?
