This is my favorite ramen in the city. I order multiple times a week. Out of probably more than 100 orders there was one error, where they forgot to add my spice choice. Aside from that 99% accuracy. Excellent ramen. I would recommend to any and everyone. I find this particular restaurant unique in the fact that they offer an equally delicious chicken option. My husband doesnt care for pork and their Chicken Paitan is phenomenal. My favorite is the Hakata Tonkotsu DX . I find that other restaurants with chicken options change the ramen so much with soy noodles or soy based broths... which (for me) are not as nice as their chicken broth based version. Highly recommend. Literally my favorite outside of Japan.

This is the first time in over a year that I've ordered and it was messed up - which I realize is really great comparably - but I ordered slice level 4 - the highest permitted, and was sent NO SPICE. Usually the spices come in little cups based on the level chosen.
The restaurant does not allow for you to request additional spice or pay for additional spice because they do not allow any comments/substitutions.
This is the first time that I’ve ordered spices and they did not show up rendering my Ramen basically tasteless. There’s no solve for this because I can’t request a refund considering that they just forgot some spices, but I’m very disappointed because this has never happened before and now I have to find some sort of substitution in my kitchen, which doesn’t exist - to supplement the fact that this Ramen is now completely devoid of spice heat, which is the sole reason that this is my favorite Ramen in the city. Ingredient wise you can find similar Ramen, but the ingredients coupled with the spices that they use make it phenomenal. This should not have been overlooked and I’m very disappointed.

the White Peach & Yuzu was sweet and refreshing, not too sweet though, just enough. Everything was great in the Chicken Paitan , from the chicken down to the broth, and the noodles were superb. the KAE-DAMA-Extra Noodle was just enough to make me full. Karaage Bowl was also stupendous, the chicken was flavorful and crispy, and the rice was the perfect texture. I'm definitely ordering again. Thank you for the food!

The Hakata Tonkotsu was tasty! The broth was perfectly balanced and the noodles were just the right texture. The pork belly was nicely cut, but not too flavorful. Portion was just a bit smaller than what I'm used to ordering at other ramen spots.

My favorite ramen in NYC! I will never order from anywhere else. Its such a rich and creamy broth and they dont skimp on the veggies or meat.
