The meat on the French Dip was over cooked the point that parts were crispy. Everything else was 10/10

The potato was overcooked, and for as much as they charge for a tiny side salad, I'd expect the lettuce to be fresh.

I ordered the Ham & Cheese Melt, Mac & Cheese, Sugar Cookie, and Fountain Drinks. Everything but the Sugar Cookies was great!Regarding the Sugar Cookies, I received Chocolate Chip Cookies instead. While the Chocolate Chip Cookies were very tasty, they weren't the Sugar Cookies I ordered and prefer. The Sugar Cookies are the best cookies McAlister's sells, so I was a bit disappointed.

Actually 4.5 stars!🙂 We had a Spud Max™ , Ham & Cheese Melt (2), Country Potato Soup, & Broccoli and Cheddar Soup for our dinner. All of it was delicious, esp. the Ham & Cheese Melts. The only thing I had an issue with were the onions in the potato soup still had a crunch, though slight, to them - I don't like onions with even a slight crunch.🤷♀️ Otherwise, everything was great!
