Amazing. Fresh patty, soft warm bun, and crisp veggies. I asked for extra lettuce & was perfect!! just Delicious! Nuggets & fries were piping hot, fresh out of the fryer!!

Orders are never correct. Several times I received the small patty on Homestyle burger, not the 1/3 patty. Fries are never cooked enough. Always soggy & floppy. Door Dash orders especially. It is so rare that I actually get straws for my drinks.

Missing a burger & a fry. The fries tasted old or undercooked. couldnt tell. but they were limp & floppy & cold. I ordered 3 Large fries in hopes at least 1 would be fresh & warm, but I'm missing 1 so who knows. At least I actually got a straw for my drink this time.
The Manager was very nice when I called. understanding & caring. great customer service.

I wanted no salt on fries bc they put too much, so instead of making new ones, they just re dropped them in grease. so now i have burnt caked on salt on my nasty brown over cooked fries. & A glob of mayo on 1/5th of the bun. Pure laziness.

Ordered large fries and didnt even receive a large amount. Burger was poorly put together. It was a double Big Mac and they only put one slice of cheese on it.
