The fries were soggy and not cooked fully, the McChicken® was rubbery and can tell it wasn't fresh, and my Strawberry Shake was half vanilla half strawberry. I get it's dinner rush, but food shouldn't be undercooked or old and rubbery.

Cheeseburger was just a hamburger with cheese slapped on top of the toppings the cheese was not on the meat and the onions were just slopped on in the center not spread around and the meat was old and cold.

I ordered a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal no bacon the burger was a sloppy mess and the fries tasted like they were sitting out for hours
