Aways items missing when orders are placed, no communication to change items if they were out. this isn't the first time but wife's coffee and orange juice were not received.

The food was cold, and the taste was off too. I ordered a double cheese burger with everything on it and my burger came with nothing on it. I had chicken nuggets and l wanted sweet and sour sauce and there was none with my order..

I did not get any of my dipping sauces, only one fry, one cookie of three ordered, one nugget of two ordered and it was cold horrible service
