The manager on shift, Tony, made it very rudely clear to my driver that Door Dash orders were not a priority to him and made her wait for 17 minutes for my Iced Caramel Coffee . All orders should be a priority with the times orders were placed, and orders that are currently waiting. At least that is what the metrics and common sense state. Thankfully, my Sausage & Egg McMuffin® were still fresh.
