delivery was great, fries were actually hot when we got them. chicken strips were ok and filling. seasoning might have been too much

pickles ice had added to the fish were pilled in the middle. fries were only half full (none in the bottom of bag so no, none fell out),,no napkins and no straw for my drink. *side note: can you get a button for no ice, please*

Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel was not put together well at all and then their butter sauce was all leaking out the one side. Not impressed at all 😒

I always order the same thing from them, a triple cheese plain with a medium fry. Well this would be the 3rd time that my burger had onions on it and where my fries were lukewarm. It takes around 10 minutes after I place my order for me to get my food, which I don't think it would be cold by the time it reached me. I'm not sure if they are using fries that have been sitting out since their lunch rush or what but I don't think I'll be ordering from there again, especially considering that the onions are covered in melted cheese making it hard to remove them from the burger.
