my 13 Cookie Tote was missing from my deliver order, but McDonald's did apologize for not telling my dasher that my 13 Cookie Tote were still baking. Overall my food was still hot and fresh upon receiving.

The fries and burger were cold as death. The restaurant is not far so they had to be that way when they were picked up. Everyone knows McDonald's fries are tasteless when cold and mushy. Total waste of money.
