Got all of my stuff that I ordered. Drinks were sealed for safety until delivered and you take the seal off. Quarter pounders were top notch as always. Fries were fire! It all was packaged with care and safety-double bagged.

The Big Mac was very sloppy and not put together well. The Frappe was melted because employees did not hand out food until dasher asked again about order sitting in back, then the employee was rude to dasher and told them DoorDash is not their job.

Both sandwiches and fries are cold and not fresh. Large fries weren't even filled properly. Very disgusting and disappointing.

Everytime we have ordered they have only filled our fried up half way. I didn't pay over $5 for (barely) and medium fry instead of a large...
Everything else they have has shrunk as well.

Paid for a large fry but it barely had any and were cold, I live less than 6 minutes from the restaurant. Sprite tasted flat. Burger was good. Hi C was fine.
