While the food itself tasted good, this is the second time in a ROW that this location has left the bacon off of my Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal

Once again, no ketchup. It's right there at the very top of the kitchen ticket. Food is good, but ketchup is important to me. Also, the hash browns on the napkins again. Grease soaked napkins are not useful at all.
