Usually they are good with sending everything ordered but this time 2 items were missing. 😬 I'll give 'em another chance, mistakes happen rushing perhaps. Cross my fingers next order!!

Poorly packaged. My order contained three drinks, all of which were put into a paper bag for delivery. The drink carrier in the bag only holds two drinks so the third beverage spilled all over the food and likely dripped inside my dasher's vehicle. It was very poorly executed and I was shocked that someone would just toss the beverage into the bag like that. Also, the Big Breakfast® with Hotcakes came with rock hard hotcakes. Usually McDonald's breakfast is pretty decent, but they really missed this time.
