Firstly the big Mac was dry and the pickles were removed? And the Choc Custard Pie and Caramel Sundae that came with my order did NOT come! So very upset about this

McCrispy Deluxe was made incorrectly with the wrong sauce, bacon on it and red onions which I am allergic to and did not order. There is clearly untrained or lazy staff who should take more care into the quality of the food they make.

The happy meal came completely cold as if it was made hours in advance as I seen the dasher drive 4 minutes directly to my house. When I say coke I mean no warmth what so ever and the nuggets and chips where complete dry as if they where left out for hours. The chips where that old they were hollow and the taste and texture is that nothing I've ever tasted from McDonald's. They honestly tasted days old.
The happy meal also came with no toy witch was the whole reason We even ordered from MacDonalds and I would like to be reimbursed for the missing items as I've paid for it.
This new McDonald's started very low quality and it is getting worse by the day.  Management needs to be reviewed as they are clearly Failing
