My fries were beyond stale and cold. Some of them didn't even look like they were cooked at all. So not worth the price of a combo meal or delivery. The store is 5 minutes away from my work, so it should have been extremely fresh.

We put in the exact same order frequently so they must pay attention to their customers because today they gave us 3 chocolate chip cookies (one for each kid) for free. Nice customer service. I was really pleasantly surprised.

Everything was fresh, hot and well put together. Apple pie was fresh. Frappe wasnt melted! Extremely pleased!

Almost 45 minutes of waiting for food to be made. Gave my order away to someone else and then made the new order wrong after my Dasher inquired about why it was taking so long. Not the first time I have had problems with this store.
