i ordered a two cheese burger meal (two cheese burgers, fries and a drink), and when the food got to my house i didnt have any fries and the burgers were cold. i had a strawberry shake as the drink but it wasnt even mixed ( the ice cream and strawberry flavor were LITERALLY separate).

Pancakes looked like they were made yesterday. Hard & cold. My daughter ate about 3 bites and we threw away the rest. Store forgot to include all the hashbrowns as well. Disappointing as this is usually really good.

The hashbrowns were fresh, the drink was correct, however... I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel w/o the folded egg. They sent me a sausage egg and cheese bagel w/ folded egg :(
