Unfortunately, each item I ordered wasn't specific to what I ordered. If options are made by the customer, why not honor them.
I made specific changes to each item and they were disregarded.
On top of that, my buyer was dry, the chicken sandwich had too much sauce, and my fries were over salted and cold.

I called and asked for steamed buns instead of toasted. They did it for me and it was amazing. Thank you local staff for keeping McDonalds running the way it aways has. Customer focused mindset!
