this the second time I have tried this location, and both times the food was pretty unacceptable. Very stale, and clearly has been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. None of the food tasted even remotely freshly cooked.

This was a truly disappointing experience. The burger and fries have clearly been sitting under a lamp for the last hour, no straw for my drink, no condiment that paid for. unacceptable. barely edible.

It's like I keep falling for the same mistake with this place, I order the same thing everytime too. I Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a drink but they never fail to get the drink wrong.
