I got everything I ordered meaning the food, everything was hot crispy and delicious, milkshake was frozen in thick and perfect. however I did not get a straw or napkins so I still give five stars cuz that's very minor food was great

My fries were burned and cold and barely had any in the fry cart which is a large fry. My ice coffee didn't have any ice in it and it was overly sweet. My 10 piece chicken nugget was not in my bag which they were the reason why I made such a huge order. Very disappointing.
