I don't know why you put the fountain drinks IN the bag and then sealed it, but the cap fell off and the bottom of the bag was completely soaked and one of the fries got wet, and then the other fry was only half full. never had an issue before but this was a bit much to not complain

The burgers came completely wrong, soggy, cold, covered in ketchup you couldnt even remove it from the bag without your hand being covered. No cheese and it had cheese no pickles and not only did it have pickles it had EXTRA pickles. It was absolutely disgusting.

This goes with the same order that also didn't have bacon on it. This meat is almost not even cooked? I mean I do like some pink, but they might as well have not even cooked it, TBH. 🤷
