Basic instructions are only followed 1/4th of the time. The food usually comes cold, i don't even think these people keep their food in a UHC heater, forget it being remotely fresh. I can order from another fast food place the next city over and it comes fresh and hot.. Guess where i'm going? Save your money. Cheers
