Usually you don't have an issue with McDonald's here the Knightdale area the ice cream machine is always working and cookies are always baked fresh and warm . I had my order messed up once and it was late night but other than that my food and desserts are always fresh and delicious.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised 3 times. I decided to Door Dash here. Since I no longer drive, usually do not eat here at all but will add them to my list of take-out places. Food is hot, prepared according to my specifications and very well packed. In fact, love their packing better than anyone else’s thus far. Good job! Great experience!

vanilla lattes had no vanilla in them. they were bitter and unpleasant. I get these from McDonald's all the time, so this was disappointing.
