The caramel frappe is always amazingly great and the crispy chicken sandwich is always fresh and hot!

Food was SLUNG in the bag. Bun was not on burger. Fries were uncooked and dumped. Chicken nugget box was open and the nuggets were in the bottom of the bag with the fries. Udercooked fries as always.

The burgers were dry, fries were undercooked, The only thing good on the menu were chicken nuggets. there was no effort in cooking this food whatsoever.

Got the Deluxe McCrispy Meal and it was complete garbage. The bun was torn to shed and the chicken was burnt to an inedible crisp. I have worked in foid service and fast food for a long time and cannot believe this made it past a service check. The management here needs to do better. This is not the first time we have received garbage food from here but it's the only fast food my child will eat and with me being sick I cant go out and get much. With how much the prices have gone up you would think they would care a little bit more about the quality of food they send out but since it is DoorDash and they figure the customers wont come to the store they can just do whatever they want. This is absolutely and disgustingly pitiful.

Burnt burger. Was ordered with no onion and no pickle. However, there is NOTHING on this burger. It is burnt to a crisp. Disgusting and not worth the money.
