I received a flat white coffee which arrived hot.the Triple Cheeseburger was just what I wanted. Tasty and substantial.

Big Arch specific order notes were missed and ingredients that should have been removed were added and increased which ruined the overall taste of the burger.Extrao onions were also added in abundance to the point of falling out everywhere and half filling the burger box. Napkins that were in the bag resembled used napkins thrown in a rubbish bag, not new fresh ones for a customer so I opted to not use them and instead used the hotel face washer because I knew it was clean Both the arch burger and sundae were fresh but I would hesitate to order again from this store as clear order notes were ignored and presentation was thrown together without care

Every single time we order, they are missing something. 9 times out of 10 it is the additional fries in the happy meal that we pay extra for. Other times it is a sauce, or we get the complete wrong burgers or drinks.
