The best dim sum in NYC. Highly recommend 13. Fried Sesame Balls 煎堆, 10. Egg Yolk Bun 流沙包 buns which are filled with a sweet filling of salted duck eggs, and 31. Fresh Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll 鮮蝦腸 with the sweet soy sauce. Their pineapple buns are good but the filling is too sweet.

They are obviously famous for the 1. Baked Roast Pork Bun 焗叉燒包 and 4B. Pineapple Bun with Roast Pork 菠蘿叉燒包. Both are always consistent and delicious every time I've had it over many years. The bun is stuffed from edge to edge with char siu filling.

Absolutely Delicious! The *Shrimp_Rice_Roll was the first time I had it and now it's one of my favorite things I love to eat on *The_City! *The_Famous_Bun was absolutely Memorable...so unpredictably doughy and soft and a must try....now I know why it's called *The Famous Bun! Love Love..!
