I always liked Mellow Mushroom but I wont be back after tonight. Both pizza crusts were burnt. The Mighty Meaty more so. Please see how the crust under the Mighty Meaty was literally black. Some of the pepperonis were so cooked it was like eating dust. If I checked this at work when it got delivered and not when I drove 45 minutes home I would've taken it back up to the restaurant. Ask yourself if you would pay this much for two pizzas with burnt crusts, little sauce, and burnt toppings before ordering.

Paid extra $15 for ingredients. Very unhappy with amount. Also, ordered 10 mild wings and they were the worst wings ive ever had. Tasted like there were ready at lunch then rehea for my order this evening.

Salad was skimpy on the lettuce, the container was only 1/3 filled. Very disappointing considering the price and knowing how large portions are in person there. Brownie was missing. Everytime I order takeout here, it's majorly messed up which is a shame as it's one of my faves to go to when I can physically make it in.

So I ordered extra toppings on my gluten free pizzas and they truly delivered! Finally, paying for extra toppings and actually GETTING extra toppings, like it should be! These are the only, and best tasting, GF pizzas I can eat! And I've tried all that are available around the area. Thnk God for Mellow M!

I'm not really a "pizza" person, but I like the pizza from this place a lot. As usual, it was good, but cold by the time it got to me. That's not really their fault as the Dasher dropped off another order before mine. I also tried the spinach dip this time around because I was really craving some. I will never do that again. It was thick and oily, and honestly, I've had better from Applebee's. Also, I was a LOT put off by the fact that NOTHING was sealed. It's one thing if the food came directly from the restaurant and even then, there still should be a sticker seal on your items to ensure delivery people can't easily access your food without you being any the wiser. I'd love to be able to trust that people won't do this, but that's too much to ask this day in age. We have too many unwell people among us. Please give your customers peace of mind and seal it up! If Taco Bell and McDonald's can do it, so can you.
