If you crave authentic spicy Mexican Costillas En Salsa Roja buy here. I LOVE the sauce that has so much flavor and spice. The rice and beans are delicious! The tortillas are handmade!

The carne asada fries I received were, quite frankly, an affront to both culinary craftsmanship and basic quality assurance. The fries themselves were desiccated to the point of being unpalatable—bereft of moisture, flavor, or the satisfying texture expected from even the most rudimentary execution of this dish. The refried beans, regrettably, bore all the hallmarks of industrial canning: metallic undertones, a pasty consistency, and a distinct lack of freshness or seasoning complexity, suggesting little more than a perfunctory dump-and-heat preparation.
Jalapeño slices were inexplicably shriveled, and the onions arrived in massive, unsliced chunks—an inexcusable oversight that ruined the dish’s texture and balance. Every element reflected a lack of care, from the canned-tasting beans to the desiccated fries. This wasn’t just poor execution—it was culinary apathy. I won’t be ordering this again.
