That was some of the most delicious food we've ever eaten. I'm obsessed with birria and these Quesabirrias blew my mind. The consomme was rich and hearty. I adore that the salt level was perfect. The Enchilada Grande was mouthwatering and I'm surprised I got a photo before my son dug in. Saving Miguel's on my favorite list. Fantastic meal. Eat up, Corvallis!

This is actually our second order in a month, and the food is so ridiculously good. We've made the same order twice, and can't get enough of it. I dream about these birria tacos - they give you a big cup of consomme to dip them in, and the tortillas are dipped in consomme too. Don't get me wrong - the Enchilada Grande is amazing, but the Quesabirrias are superior to anything else I've ordered on DoorDash thus far. Well worth the money, great portions, and extraordinary food. This will be our go-to place for yummy food from now on.

May just be my new favorite Mexican food! The Rolled Nachos were absolutely delicious and very filling. The Street tacos were quite tasty, although the two tortillas stuck together and we ate as one double-layered taco. My partner said her Enchilada Asada was great too. 👍👍
Pretty big portions. All of the food was well packaged and genuinely looked like the pictures, which I can't say for every restaurant. 😂
Plus, not a lot of places have the guava flavor Jarrito, a beloved favorite of mine.
Looks great, tastes great! I definitely will come back in the future.

My favorite place to eat in corvallis! You get a really generous portion on top of it being the best price AND taste wise! Ive never gotten just an "okay" order. The food is always fresh, taste is always on point, and they have your order ready FAST!(:

I had the Quesabirrias , the single pollo Street tacos , and a side of Rice & Beans. it all smelled so good that I couldn't even wait to eat it to take pictures! the food was hot and the meat was tender. the consomme was rather light and a bit more like broth. it was very onion-y (which is a good thing!), and altogether very tasty. it got to a point where the Quesabirrias were completely falling apart before I even dipped them in the consumme, but I wasn't complaining! I just continued to stuff my face with it. so tasty. the street taco was a little bland, but I also asked for no cilantro because I'm allergic (and they made sure to keep it off!). I put some of my own hot sauce on it before I realized they'd provided some verde sauce. the sauce made it super good! I haven't had a chance to eat the "side" of Rice & Beans yet because, to be honest, I was quite full before I could even get to it. it was very largely portioned. very tasty! I'd definitely recommend!
