The chicken wasn't seasoned well and the bun was way bigger than the chicken itself.
The soup was okay but cold and the cheese was not melted at all. $10 for the soup was not worth it.
The fries tasted old.

I have ordered the prime rib special several times. The only problem is when I order medium rare arrives With no pink. But they always give you a huge cut. And it is always tender and flavorful.. They're big potatoes are awesome. Also as well as their burgers.

Well, I'm new to DoorDash, but I order this prime rib at least once or twice a month and I pick it up. I ordered my prime rib medium. It came well done, it's dry. I called in to the store and asked for creamy horseradish they sent me raw horseradish, I asked for gravy on the side of the mashed potatoes, it came on mashed potatoes. Looks like there's more gravy than there is mashed potatoes. I am highly dissatisfied with this meal and it prompts me to make a post on all of my social networks but I won't because I love Ale House. Moreover,
I don't mind paying the extra fee for it to be delivered when in-house this meal is only $17. I ended up paying $30 for this meal. Why can't I have what I ordered? Who eats well done prime rib? Not me! Highly dissatisfied Customer.

the ribs were just overly perfect they were so delicious they cook them the entire complete right way I highly recommend I mean the meat was literally falling from the bones and it was so flavorful best money I spent on doordash ever

My Dasher Carin was WONDERFUL. I asked for ketchup since we couldn't find a place to order it for the French fries- she made sure we got it. But the restaurant didn't send the condiments that were supposed to come with the meal or that I paid extra for.
If you are at a hotel- skip delivery from here and maybe just go in. Not the only one complaining about not getting condiments. Burgers and tenders are better when they aren't dry!
I will say the Mac & Cheese is really good- but it is not plain. It has herbs. The Zingers melt down smelled great: it tasted pretty good and the tenders are actually tender. But again.... dry.
My burger was cooked Medium rare as ordered.
So for about $65 (with tip) for 1 appetizer and two burgers- not really thrilled that we didn't get to actually really enjoy it. Seems the cooks are getting it right, and the support staff could care less!
