• DoorDash orderTried the Lomo Saltado. Unfortunately the beef was dry and tough, and didn't absorb the flavorful sauce very well. The rice was slightly undercooked. The Inca Kola, however, was refreshing and the Tallarine Verde con Bistek was enjoyable.

• DoorDash orderFood changed in quality and missing ingredients . Chicha Morada was way off on flavor / reciepe , aji de Aji De Gallina did not have egg, Ceviche did not have sweet potato, Crema Volteada has changes in recipe and size. I realize food cost are high labor is high and running a restaurant is hard but when I am spending money at a restaurant that I frequently order from and have all these Item quality issues it's disappointing. Either you have a new chef or a new owner and it's horrible. Won't order from here again.
