The beef is the best part. So soft and moist and lots of it. Great flavor.
The noodles were yummy, but the garlic was lacking.
Overall, a delicious meal that I'd order again.

I have eaten here more than any other place in SF - it is UNMATCHED. Be prepared to have all other pho places ruined forever, nothing measures up to the Pho Tai Mem! And the staff/service make this place a go-to for all who try it.

Small portions for the big price! The beef pieces taste like beef liver instead of beef steak. The shrimp was not deveined and the noodles barely have any garlic flavor.

Miss Saigon never disappoints! I like the pho tai better than the pho tai mem, the mem is too rare for me but regardless quality and freshness are always top notch and the broth is hands down best in the city
