Miyama kills it everytime. I asked for an additional ingredient in one of the rolls in the Any Three Classic Rolls and they did it without a problem. Kani Salad was good with lots of crunchies and they get the orders right most importantly

The sushi was one of the freshest ones I've had in a long time. Especially the salmon and scallop ones, they literally melted in my mouth! Highly recommend this place, and the pricing is fair too!

Three roll special was good, considering it wasn't served cold or room temp. I could not enjoy the special New York roll because they packaged it with sushi directly on top of the beef hibachi so it was hot and the sauce was melted and avocado was brown. They ignored special request, asked for no lettuce in my shrimp tempura roll and still received lettuce. Did not receive the spicy Mayo I paid for. The beef in the beef hibachi is tender, however it lacks flavor and the sauce is extremely watery. Thought it was more of a sauté.

The salmon tartar wasn't a Salmon Tartar at all. It was the insides of a spicy salmon roll with extra stuff on top. Tartar should be raw and fresh not mushy and mayo-y. The Maki Combo rolls were nice enough, best was the yellowtail. Pork Gyoza (6 pcs) was also fine!
