Salads werent as large as the picture may say, but they are quite filling! They are more like shallow, plate sized servings than bowls. Very well plated though and the dressings are delicious. I opted for tofu with my Baja Blackened Chicken and it was perfectly flavored! The Bottle Cucumber Mint Lemonade and Bottle Tangerine Hibiscus Lemonade were also nice morning drinks for me. All perfect if you wanna eat lightly for a bit.

I love this food. Alway fresh greens and tomatoes plus purple onion, delicious gyro meat, great sauces! For over two months I have enjoyed various menu options. Always top notch fresh and delicious. Order extra naan!!

The thai basil salad is amazing, and my go to when I want a salad. So fresh and so green green. Sides are a bit small and underwhelming, but whatever... entrees and salads cant be beat.

This is my third time to enjoy this restaurant's food --once at their store and twice thru Door Dash delivery. The recipes are unique and put together with quality ingredients. I lived in Hawaii for 41years and in that uber foodie state, one learns quickly what good (really good) tuna should be. Their tuna source is outstanding. The recipes use great combinations of seasoning which leaves the eater wanting more, more, more. I couldn't identify all the seasonings so I just sat back and enjoyed it. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with orders. One delivery order had a little blip and the staff member was incredibly quick in resolving the issue and enhanced my experience all the more. Best new restaurant opened in last two years in Colorado Springs.

Modern Market is our go-to for eating out now! My husband was so upset when he got some concerning blood work results and his doctor told him he has to go Mediterranean or Pescatarian and thought his eat out days were over - But, Modern Market is guilt free, healthy food! The food is always sooo good and we definitely have our favorite dishes. We order 2-3 times a week. Crisp greens and delicious dressings, seared and cooked to perfection fish and chicken. I highly recommend!!
