THIS PLACE IS GREAT, don't get me wrong. but for the price, I gotta give some advice. got the Three Pigs : ribs and pulled pork, DIVINE. the pork belly is what brought my review from a 5 to a 4. pork belly should be crispy with a capital c on the outside and juicy melt in your mouth on the inside. this was soft and rubbery. now that said, I didn't get any barbeque sauce, not sure if they forgot or if you gotta ask for that on the side but despite the sauce, the flavor, seasoning, and quality of the ribs and pulled pork were enough to make me forget about it. potato salad was solid and flavorful but the cornbread, chefs kiss. gotta get that cornbread! so good.
