I love how the packaging separates the noodles from the soup so it stays fresh. I recommend the Braised Beef Noodle Soup 红烧牛肉面 with wide noodles! You would be surprised how much flavor gets absorbed into the wide noodles while main the freshness and chewiness of hand-cut noodles. I will say the soup was not as rich as I expected, but it was still really good!

I enjoyed the variety of items in the Pick Your Own Hot Pot the quail eggs were a favorite. each individual item was good. I thought the broth was a little bland. I added soy, salt, and hot sauce but I won't order from here again specifically because the broth was too plain for me, even with the spicy added. the ramen noodle had good flavor but they were over done
