Love the Teriyaki Noodle Stir Fry ! They are note super Saturated in teriyaki sauce and decent portion of veggies. The Wild Over Wings (Korean Fried Chicken) in garlic soy sauce is another level. - I love this place!

It seems like in the past I was able to specify a level of spiciness/heat -- anyway this time I wasn't and it was a little spicier than I would have chosen. But it was good enough,and the next day's cold leftovers had magically toned itself down.
There was generous number of shrimp in the dish. They were noticeably cooler than green rest to the indecent in the dish, which made me think they had been taken precooked from the refrigerator and stirred into the hot dish to draw some warmth. There's a certain amount of sense in doing it that way, as it's easy to overcook and make shrimp tough, especially pre-cooked ones.
But it's the noodles in the Drunkards Noodles bowl that brings me back again and again. They hide in the dish, absorbing the flavors while still maintaining their distinct identity . Near perfection!

the Teriyaki Noodle Stir Fry was ok. nothing to write home about. the Wild Over Wings (Korean Fried Chicken) was good, but definitely smaller than I thought they would be for jumbos and more than $2 per wing

The Chicken Noodle Soup was a little bland, which is perfect if you're trying to get over a cold or flu but maybe the not the best if you're trying to warm up on a chilly spring night. You can add some seasoning yourself of course -- a little salt and a grind of black pepper might be all it needs.. Still it would be nice if they add a lemon quarter to pick it up a bit.
I do have to criticize the whiners who complainthat the rice or pho noodles stick together in a lump. Clearly they don't know how to assemble the dish. You pour the pipping hot broth ( and to their credit the broth always arrives pipping hot) over rice/noodles, veggies and protein, and sit back for a few minutes while the noodles separate and absorb all the flavors.
The Crispy Spring Rolls were light and indeed crisp but I did feel the price is a bit high for what you get.

pho noodles was just one block of rice. that just broke apart and dissolved into a broth. and the broth didn't have any flavor. one of the worst pho in the area
