We get ramen takeout from here often and it's delish. Serving size is perfect. I special request tofu instead of the meat each time as I am a vegetarian and they always accommodate my request without issue. Usually a few minutes extra to wait from given pickup time

The bowl was good, its just the size is really small- like a half filled bowl! Every other place iget bowls at actually fills the bowls completely, So then it's pretty expensive for such a small bowl, also. Fish seems ok but could be fresher and leaner. Underwhelmed, but get one of its your only option type thing.

This place is the best kept secret in Saratoga Springs.The sushi and sashimi are fresh and the presentation is first class. All ramen dishes and hibachi dinners are simply wonderful. Best of all is the kindness of the staff and the restaurant owner, who always makes sure patrons are happy.

The sushi was poorly made and the rice seemed old. The eel? it was $6.50 for the one bite that fell apart before he even picked it up. pictured below, we thought it was going to be at least 3 pcs of sushi. The pork Tonkatsu ramen had to be microwaved even though our driver arrived on time because the noodles were undercooked, and the pork was overcooked. At least the gyozas and chicken yaki were good. Overally disappointing for an $80 order, we won't be back.

Chicken Yaki is perfect for a semi healthier choice! The veggies and chicken are perfectly cooked and always well portioned. I've only had it with the Udon noodles but it's by far my fav dish to get on Doordash (:
