Healthy, fresh, not overly salty but seasoned really well. Sauces are delish (green and mole)
We will put Palmita in the rotation, it is delicious and a great value.

I ordered the tofu bowl. it was absolutely fantastic. exceeded my expectations. so fresh. so delicious. I also ordered the green drink, smoothie, spinach and banana and pineapple. it was very delicious. citrusy not too sweet, tasted very healthy. The cashew pudding was absolutely delicious.
